Client demonstrations

Working prototypes, not screenshots

Each of these is a real interface you can click through. They run on simulated data — no live sources, no client systems, nothing stored — so what they demonstrate is how the thing behaves, not what it knows.

The two working demonstrations are password protected. If we have arranged a demonstration, use the password we sent you.

Prefer a walkthrough? Book a call and we will take you through whichever is closest to your situation.

Talk to the concierge

Axiom is the concierge on this website, answering from Axial’s own approved knowledge. It runs on the same engine we configure for clients as the AI Web Concierge and Intake Agent.

01

Answers from approved knowledge

Every reply is written from answers approved in advance. It puts them in its own words, and a guard holds back any figure, timescale or promise those answers do not contain.

02

Says when it doesn’t know

Where no approved answer covers a question, it says so plainly and points you to a person rather than improvising one.

03

Knows what it cannot promise

It will not quote a price, agree a timeline or commit to anything contractual. Those stay with a person.

Axiom

Virtual assistant

Most people ask me one of two things: what Axial actually does, or whether it fits a business like theirs. Which is closer?

04

Points you to the right page

Ask where something is covered and it points you to the page on this site that answers it.

05

Suggests what to ask next

Each reply offers follow-up questions to tap, and when Axiom asks you something, answers to tap too, so the conversation keeps moving without typing.

06

Tells you what it is

It introduces itself as a virtual assistant, not a person, and never asks for personal details in the conversation.
