The Method
A diagnostic method, not a tool-installation service.
Most agencies arrive holding the answer and look for a problem to match it. We start with the map and the economics. The tools come last, and only the ones the diagnosis actually calls for.
What most agencies miss
The AI market is full of point solutions — a call bot here, a CRM integration there. Businesses buy several, get partial results, and end up with a patchwork of automations that do not talk to each other.
The problem was never a missing tool. It is a commercial system with gaps in it, and dropping tools into those gaps without changing the structure underneath.
The Axial stance
We diagnose first. We map every handoff, put a number on every leak, and only then prescribe the fix — which we build ourselves, to spec, for your specific business.
What you are left with is not a tool you were handed. It is a system that runs.
The four stages
Reconstruct
Map how the business actually earns
Before anyone talks about tools, we rebuild a complete picture of how your business makes money: every place a lead comes from, every handoff, every moment someone decides to book or quietly drifts away, every signal that builds or costs you trust. Most agencies skip this. We start here, because you cannot fix what nobody has mapped.
- Where leads come from, and which ones convert
- How inbound and missed calls are handled
- The path from enquiry to booking
- Follow-up — or the absence of it
- Reviews and the reputation signals around you
- The state of the CRM and the contact data
- What management can actually see
- How consistent the content and the front door are
Diagnose
Put a number on every leak, then rank them
We rebuild your numbers from the outside — what a customer costs to win, what they return if they stay, where the money is quietly leaking — and put a figure against each leak. Then we rank them, so the first thing we fix is the one that costs you most. You get all of this before you have committed to anything; the call is the debrief, not a pitch for the diagnosis.
- A leakage read across the whole commercial system
- What each leak is costing, in money
- A priority-ranked list of what to fix first
- How the leaks compound into one another
- A conservative-to-realistic view of the upside
Build
Build the fix the diagnosis prescribed
We build across two connected surfaces: the AI systems that close the highest-cost leaks, and the flagship website they sit behind. They are sold together and scoped against the diagnosis. Neither is decoration and neither is plumbing on its own — the site without the systems is a brochure, and the systems without the site are machinery nobody sees.
- AI reception, enquiry handling and routing
- Follow-up and re-engagement that never lapses
- Review generation triggered at the right moment
- A CRM that stays clean without a dedicated hire
- Reporting that shows what is actually happening
- The bespoke data operation, where the economics justify it
Embed
Integrate, train, and keep it running
Going live is the start, not the finish. We wire both surfaces into the tools you already use, train your team, and keep the thing running and improving. AI systems degrade without maintenance; the point is infrastructure that compounds quietly in the background, not another thing you have to remember to use.
- Staff training and plain handover documentation
- Integration with your existing CRM, phone and booking tools
- A monthly review that tunes what is running
- Ongoing retainer support where it earns its keep
- Alerting, so nothing important goes unnoticed
Two things, and neither is subordinate to the other
First, we act as the economic department most businesses cannot justify hiring: we rebuild your numbers from the outside, work out what each customer costs and returns, and find the constraint holding the business at its current size — from public signals before you pay anything, and from your own data once we are engaged.
Then we build the two-surface system that captures what the diagnosis finds. The visible surface — a flagship website built for your category. The AI-enabled commercial operating system behind it — AI reception, follow-up, review generation, CRM, reporting, and, where the economics justify it, a bespoke data operation that makes retention forecastable.
The two surfaces are sold together and scoped against the diagnosis. The website without the operating system is decoration. The operating system without the website is plumbing.
What you receive
- A commercial assessment: your reconstructed numbers, the leaks they expose, and what closing each one is worth
- Your competitors’ economics worked out from the outside, and where the winnable gap sits
- A map running from every leak we find to the specific fix that closes it
- A video demonstration of the site experience we build to
- The first AI system installed and running free for 30 days, before an invoice exists
- Staff training and handover, then ongoing maintenance where you want it
How the engagement is shaped
Before you pay anything
The commercial assessment, a video demonstration of the site experience, and your first AI integration built and run free for 30 days — so you measure its impact before making any commitment.
The build
The flagship website and the AI systems the diagnosis prioritised, scoped against the uplift your own numbers say they should produce.
The retainer
Ongoing optimisation, monthly reviews, and the data operation running against your live numbers — paid out of the margin the system produces, not on top of it.
See the method run on your business.
The diagnostic takes a few minutes and the read is specific to your inputs, not a generic report.
