Sectors

The economics of your sector, modelled before we ever speak.

Eleven sector models across five clusters. Each one describes the economic system a sector operates inside — how revenue is actually made, which constraint binds before the others, where value leaks between an enquiry and a completed sale, and what separates an operator whose earnings survive their own absence from one whose do not. Built from regulatory, payer and transactional evidence, with every figure tagged. A sector appears here only once a full model stands behind it.

Each model is sector-level, not operator-level: archetype configurations rather than reported sector averages, no named operators, and no forecasts. Figures are tagged Observed, Observed sample, Modelled, Illustrative or Not established so the basis of every claim is visible, and each page states the date its evidence was read to. Where a sector publishes no defensible figure, the model says so rather than substituting a plausible one. A named-operator diagnosis confirms the relevant figures against that operator's own data.

Find your sector. Then run it against your numbers.

The model tells you where businesses like yours leak. The diagnostic tells you where yours does.
